About the Opportunity
Influx is seeking experienced customer support professionals to join a healthcare-focused support team. We are looking for candidates with previous experience supporting healthcare organizations, medical providers, health insurance companies, healthcare technology platforms, or related healthcare accounts.
This role requires strong phone-based customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to assist customers with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
Provide Exceptional Customer Support
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries and account support
- Deliver clear, accurate, and empathetic communication
- Document interactions thoroughly and maintain detailed records
- Resolve customer concerns while adhering to established processes and guidelines
Maintain Operational Excellence
- Manage high call volumes while maintaining quality standards
- Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Escalate complex issues appropriately when required
- Meet productivity, attendance, and quality expectations
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- Previous experience working on a healthcare account, healthcare client, medical support program, health insurance provider, healthcare technology platform, or similar healthcare environment
- Minimum 2 years of customer service, contact center, or BPO experience
- Experience handling customer interactions primarily via phone support
Communication Skills
- Advanced to fluent English proficiency is required
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Strong listening and comprehension skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Availability
